Victorian Railways Wagon Physic when they equiped air brakes and light friction on the axels.

This physic is for bogie freight wagons used on TP, TT, UP, UB, LL, MM, QN, KR and FP (White Metal Bearings 2 axle bogies).
Has slightly more resistance to simulate brake shoes dragging.

Also best on 18-25ton cars,
anything lighter or heavier makes it handle different.
