Pre 1900s 4 Wheel Wagon E-spec
Victorian Railways Wagon Physic before air brakes with only a through brake pipe and light friction on the axles.
Also best on 5-10ton Open Wagons,
anything lighter or heavier makes it handle different.

Notes:
Should only be used on a Wagon/Passcar/Van that has flyshunt script.
