1930s 4 Axle Passcar E-spec
Victorian Railways Physic for Roller Bearing Passenger Cars.
Used on AE, BE, AS, BS, DS, CS, Buffet, Sleepers, BG, AZ, BZ, ACZ, AN, ACN, BN Passcars (2 Axle Roller Bearing Bogey's).
Also best on 44-50ton cars, anything lighter or heavier makes it handle different.
