Tender bogey in 2 Tone Green for the Victorian Railways J, P, Q, D, Y, A, R, AA Class.
10 spokes, 3ft 6in dia, 5ft 6in wheelbase and 3 LOD's.
b.r.base0, is Z-Axis 0 and located on the lead axle where a.bog0 would go.
