VR 94lbs SG Concrete

Concrete sleepers in 4ft8.5in that's used on the Victorian Railways mid 1990s.

I built these tracks years ago for TS09/10 but never got around to uploading them, over the months people have asked if I can get them released, they can be a place holder in TS12 until I get around to newer high detail ones built with enviro and spec maps.

These have no end caps!
