The Victorian Railways QGF Wagons where built at Newport Workshops from 1968 to 1970 as SFX and converted to QGF at Newport Workshops in 1978 for Standard Gauge Liquid Gas Containers and painting an F indicating it isn't Bogie Exchange, a total of 8 where converted.

This Model represents QGF wagons in Modified condition from late 1970s for SG dedicated traffic only and where numbered 1 to 8, from 1979 they where recoded VFLY, Step's created by Zec.
