VR ELX T6b - 1979+

In 1979/80 Fifty Six ELX/VOCX wagons where recoded to VOCY for Vic Rail Freight Center Traffic LCL (Less-than Car Load) to carry parcels and general goods between the Freight Centers around Victoria, while the wagons where supposed to stay in Victoria some ended up going to South Australia and others getting SG bogies and going in to New South Wales, from 1981 some where recoded back to VOCX and one went to VOVX in 1982, from 1984 only a handfull remained from closures of Freight Centers.

This Model represents VOCY wagons with the Freight Center Traffic Only Vic Rail Stencils between 1980 to 1983, Step's created by Zec.
