This is a Michigan Trainz Route content creation. This is a replica CSX (xC&O / xPM) Interlocking Tower which protected the PM, Wabash, & NYC, in Delray, MI. This item is freeware.
This tower is still operational and is manned 24 / 7 by CSX employees as of 2017. One of the last manned towers in Michigan.
