A fictional PH&D 2-Bay Covered Hopper reskin of a Dave Snow asset. Provided with ARN and LOD. PLEASE NOTE: This is a re-work of his original 2-Bay UP Hopper to provide the model with Automatic Road Numbering and Level of Detail.
