This is a Michigan Trainz Route content creation. This is a replica of the industry near Kearsley Jct in Flint, MI. This factory is to scale and represents aerial observations of the layout. It has three boxcar loading doors and semi loading and overhead doors. I don't know the name of the company, but I made it as the Detroit Gasket Co for it served lots of the automotive industry in Michigan. There are plenty of other details on the DLS for tanks, pipes etc. to add.
