Silver Creek NG Revisited- ver.2023

Silver Creek Narow Gauge Railroad

The Silver Creek Narrow Gauge layout was designed by Mark Baldwin in 2003. This has been a favorite of mine since 2006. The original version did not keep up with the changes in Trainz and I have redesigned to to accommodate and update it to 2019 standards. The basic original right-of-way still exist in this revision. The main yard was moved to the other side of the river. A small version original town exist but the orignial area, but now a new version of the town has been relocated and expanded. At the far end of the route, the town that is there has, also, been expanded as well.

The exaggerated peaks and valleys that was on the original version have been smoothed to a real expectation of landscape. The ri8vers have been reworked and many trees replaced.

All assets should all be available in the Down Load Center section of Trainz. I have tried to keep this a complete DLS capabilty layout.

I would like to thank Mark Baldwin for the work he did in creating a great little route. I have added more trackage and business to move commodities from one end of the layout to the other. This layout is a sand box design to play in; play with your favorite narrow gauge railroad and enjoy.
