NKP 89ft Tri-Level Open/Elevating ETTX #

This asset was reskinned and uploaded with permission from majekear. This represents a very rare type of car as the Nickel Plate had only ever owned 10 autoracks. All were built by Paragon as unusual Low-Hi-Tri autoracks affixed at random to Pullman F89CH flat cars in 1962. These racks were fixed decks, but the top and middle decks could be raised or lowered in service depending on the route assignment. Cars with these Paragon racks carried the first application of the ETTX reporting mark by Trailer Train and disappeared by the end of 1973 as the early fully enclosed tri-levels were being built.
