EL 89ft Tri-Level Open TTKX PLH10#

This asset was reskinned and uploaded with permission from majekear. Represents an EL Whitehead & Kales tri-level affixed a Pullman PLH10 in October 1973. These were common in the early years of Conrail given their relative few years in EL service. The majority of these were upgraded with side screening by Conrail when they were cycled through shops.
