New England Coastal

The New England Coastal is a fictional sub-division of a major Class I railroad which operates in the very scenic New England region of the United States. This route has both Amtrak passenger stations and over 30 various industries so it is guaranteed to keep you busy for many fun hours of operation! This route uses procedural track with animated junctions. This route is based on six individual routes originally created by George Fisher (gfisher) that have been heavily modified, enhanced and merged into a single overall large layout (176 baseboards and over 40 miles of mainline). These gfisher routes were the Down East Fishing Village, Lobolly Cove Railroad,Bridgeport Southern, Wingersheek & Wiscasset, Mad River Railroad and a small portion of the Gloucester Terminal Railroad. My thanks to George Fisher for allowing me to do this! A big thank you to the many third party creators who make routes like this one possible. Lots of scenery and attention to detail so this layout will require a computer with really good graphics handling capability. Setting is 1980s or later. This is a multi-seasonal layout without SpeedTrees. Minimum requirements are T:ANE with all hot fixes applied.
