Bait shop and boat rental. Static scenery item with ambient sound effects. Height adjustable. Has animated flying seagulls. Re-nameable. A heavily modified version of the original 'baitshop' mesh and textures by George Robinson (AKA Dalliance). For best results set water depth under wooden pilings to -8.0 meters.
