Progressive Rail Jesse James Line-TRS2010 Version 2.0
A small highly detailed 4 board industrial park layout excellent for those interested in railway freight operations. The original author of the ProgressiveRail route (2004) version layout is Jack Straessle (jjslll54) ). My thanks to the original author for his fine work on this outstanding little short line railroad. This layout meets TRS2010 standards. This layout is loosely based on the real Progressive Rail Industrial Park portion of the Jesse James Line which belongs to the Progressive Rail company in Minnesota. It is a transfer company which takes products shipped by rail and transfers product to trucks for local delivery. For more info on the railroad see www.progressiverail.com. All content is either built-in or available for downlaod from the Auran DLS. A map and satellite image of the real world Progressive Rail route are also included in the folder so you can see what the real route looks like. For version 2.0 I have completely re-done the terrain, landscaping and track to make it look at a lot more realistic and also have included the two Progressive Rail SW1500 locomotives I did for this layout which are based on the real Progressive Rail prototypes. Please post feedback or comments on the Trainz Forum in the official Progressive Rail Jesse James Line-TRS2010 thread at: http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=69052
