This is an empty treated pine wooden animal pen with concrete water troughs and a truck loading ramp on one side done as a static scenery item. Excellent for use on farms, ranches and stockyards. Height adjustable. Based partially on the original 'Stockyard 2' mesh by Ben Dorsey (AKA bendorsey). May be re-skinned (see the license) and the Blender FBX file has been included for this purpose. Uses non-parallax PBR textures. Poly count = 9960.
