Gresley A3 BR Green Loco

The Flying Scotsman was rebuilt with a higher pressure boiler and converted to left hand drive in 1947, becoming part of the A3 class. In the late 1950's it was again rebuilt with a double chimney and German style smoke deflectors, and in this condition it was withdrawn in 1963.
