The private railway company HNJ ordered 2 steam locos from NOHAB 1902 meant for local passenger traffic.
When SJ bought the company 1945 the 2 steam locos were renamed L26, but remained along former HNJ paths and especailly for traffic Landeryd-Falkoping.
However, both locos were taken off service during middle of 1950th.
Max speed was set to 80 km/h and the pulling force to 5,6 Mp.
Modelled loco was scrapped in Vislanda 1957.

HNJ beställde år 1902 2 stycken mogul lok av Nohab. De skulle sättas in i den ökande passagerar trafiken på HNJ.
När SJ tog över HNJ 1945 omlittererades de till L26 1765 resp. L26 1766. De kom dock att fortsätta sin tjänst på HNJ banorna och då främst mellan Landeryd-Falköping.
Loken togs ur tjänst under mittan av 1950-talet och skrotades strax därefter.
STH sattes till 80 km/t och dragkraften till 5,6 Mp.
Modellerade lok skrotades i Vislanda år 1957.
