DG reskin Ashpit_Hoist_2-height-adustable

This is an animated and interactive ashpit with smoke and sound which which will
hoist ashes out of the ash pit into an interactive gondola. It will not unload ashes out of a steam
locomotive. It uses Loco Ash <kuid2:60250:925059002:1> but it can be changed to a different ash
product by changing the kuid in 3 places in the config file. No changes are necessary to the script
file. The apron is large enough to hide the dighole at any angle.
