Blue Line Diesel Electric Locomotive. These have been previously purchased From QR. They were 2150 class locos and overhauled and repainted in the Blue Line colors. These locomotives were fitted with Dash 9 Equipment, 'AC' traction motors and upgraded turbo-charged 16-645G EMD motors. Maximum Speed of these Locomotives is 140 kph. They have been numbered 5001-5005 inclusive.

These locomotives are normally used to haul QR Traveltrain passenger traffic after Blue Line succesfully out bid Coal & Mainline Freight for the Hitch and Haul contract.
