These wagons were designed around the 1914. The drawing I have is dated 5th January 1914. They have long disappeared from the QR network. I would suspect that their replacement was the FJS class of wagon. They would have been used for general traffic. the sides and the ends all foleded down for ease of loading.

Like the ABG wagons the axle boxes were grease-packed and were notorious for getting hot and the packing catching on fire.
