20T Cement Container Type 1

This is the first in a serious of 20 tonne 20 foot cement containers. This one consists of two 10 tonne cement containers attached to a frame that locks onto a wagon on the twenty foot container locks. It was originally fixed to a QR QFP wagon. I have now maid it so it can be loaded onto any wagon and as a scenery item
