C420 Monongahela Connecting 700

Monongahela Connecting is a small switching road near Pittsburgh, PA. It serves a J&L Steel plant. Among its roster of plant switchers is a chop-nose RS11. This C420 is the closest we have for now to model this loco. See 'Pittsburgh & Lake Erie in Color, Vol. 2', p.80, by Morning Sun Books for a good picture of the prototype. It was probably the same unit as A&S 700 and simply transferred down river.
