RS1 NYS&W 252

The Susquehanna's RS1 in its ORIGINAL maroon & gray paint. NYS&W
owned 16 RS1's, even numbers if equipped for multiple-unit operation,
and numbered odd numbers if not: #230-234, 236, 238, 240, 242, 244,
246, 248, 250, 252, 254, and 256. The first #231 and 233 were
delivered in 1942 and later taken by the US Army along with the other
11 RS1's built up until that time (for other RR's), rebuilt into
variable gauge RSD1's, and sent across
