Caboose WM 1803 v2

Based on the PRR N-5 design, these cabooses are similar in
appearance to the Northeastern Standard design used by the Reading Co.
from the 1920's on and copied by the Western Maryland, Pittsburgh &
West Virginia, Lehigh & New England, Lehigh & Hudson River, C&O, and
others.
