GP7 Erie 1221

Erie Railroad GP7 with dynamic brakes. Erie numbered their freight Geeps in the 1200-series: 1200 and 1201 lacked dynamic brakes and had large headlights, #1202-1223 had dynamic brakes, and #1224-1246 lacked dynamic brakes (again). GP9's were numbered 1260-1265 and had dynamic brakes.
