GP39-2 Delaware & Hudson 7606 delivery

Delaware & Hudson inherited 20 GP39-2's (#7401-7420) from Reading as a part of the deal that created Conrail, plus they ordered 20 (#7601-7620) more financed by the USRA. The GP39 is a turbocharged GP38, but with a 12-cylinder engine, not 16.
