Baltimore & Ohio EL-5 2-8-8-0 7145 tender v2

A basic B&O Vanderbuilt tender, correct for the EL-5 class which did not use the USRA tender since it was not a USRA design. This version uses the older B&O 'Times New Roman' lettering used on the EL-5's when delivered.
