GP30 C&O 3000

EMD GP30 in C&O's 1962 paint scheme. C&O ordered 48 GP30's in 1962,
#3000-3047, using BL2's as trade-in material on the first group.
They arrived in the yellow nose paint scheme. Many were given
Chessie colors beginning in 1973.
