SW9 CNJ 1091 green

Central Railroad of New Jersey owned lots of switchers. NW2's 1060, and 1061, SW7's #1080-1083, and SW9's 1084-1094 were delivered in green, but may have ended their careers either in B&O blue (as #1061, 1088, and 1090 did) or the red Coast Guard scheme (as #1060 and 1083 did).
