HP Custom HUD

A clone of Auran's custom HUD to provide information on upcoming junctions, signals and speed limits. Requires mc DisplayCustomHUD.
Just enable mc Display Custom HUD in your session
original version by Thackalane - kuid:41009:1022
new version V2 with industry/station improvment released in kuid:61392:1069 for technical reason with Thackalane authorization.

-- kuid2:61392:1069:1 --- corrections for not looking for industries/stations after mocrossing and not saving/restoring rule data when saving session in driver.
