Task 3. Run light loco to Patterson
Task 4. Run the Patterson-Apollo Bay and return passenger service

Objective: Complete all tasks, and arrive at Patterson loco by 13:10
Duration: 1 hour, 30 minutes
(Scenario runs at 4x normal time)
