Metro CQ312 Refit-A

Jaleel King's MARTA CQ312 subway car refitted and re-skinned for the Northeast Metro Route v2014A. The Metro CQ312 Refit A does not have the destination stripe colors along the side but can use both the Marta custom, and Metro custom destination assets.

This update includes a shadow mesh fix, and improved thumbnail displays thanks to davies_mike57.
