EIRS (Environmental Impact Random Seasonal) Weather Rule: A customizable rule that allows the user to select random seasonal weather changes to match most regions throughout the Earth. Weather configurations can be set which will affect the user's train and trackside operational performances.

Weather Features: User selection options for each weather type, customizable percentage based weather randomization, and optional weather transition duration settings.

Environmental Impact Features: Speed Restrictions, Signal Outages, Engine Failure, Brake Failure, and Derailment.

Configurable Vehicle Physics: TER (Tractive Effort Reduction), Wheelslip Traction Multiplier, and Brake Pipe Efficiency.
