YARNish Divided Highway L3.1 Exit right

A rather shabby off-ramp diverrger to connect a YARNish L1 merge lane/ramp to a YARNish L3.1 3 lane one-way highway. See the description of the 'Spacer' section for additional features. remember to run one way roads in the direction opposite the flow of traffic to keep things sane.

Ver 2; Left edge line is now correct color. missing spacer section fixed, join slightly less ugly, programable signage added.
Ver 3; Script updated to support attached signs with 50 states
