Treadway Ind underpass YARNish L4
A Trench fill underpass to run an Industrial Street under a YARN L4* Highway. The upper (YARN) road will use whatever road type is connected to it, so other roads might work (or use a no-traffic invisible road and lay half a dozen rails over it). The fences can be changed (or removed) in the config file.
