PRR Small Block Tower

A Pennsylvania Railroad block station, based on photos. Includes LOD (3 levels) and nightmode. This is a block station used where trains are controled by written train orders; it is not an interlocking tower. Photos of Bergan tower on the Elmira Division/Branch are the source for this model. Developed using Blender 2.69 and Trainz 12 SP1 (Build 58414).
