Medium Wooden Combo Depot 01

A static model of the type of combination depot once common in small towns across the United States. This model is based on the depot at Trout Run on the Elmira Division of the Pennsylvania Railroad, in north-central Pennsylvania. This model has several attachment points for additional details. The default assets used in this model for those attachments are all available free in Content Manager and on the Download Station. The model has 3 levels of LOD and nightmode.
