Spline for New Haven-style 2 track catenary used by the NYW&B (the Westchester) on double-track lines north of Columbus Avenue. Inspired by the 4-track spline and accesories by George Fisher (ghfisher), to whom grateful acknowledgement is made. Errors in scaling, etc., are mine!
