There are two locos for shunting the skeleton cars, and goods cars.

Operations can use the Shay for general log car shunting/loading-unloading, but the more interesting method is to utilize the Tank engine to assist as a hostler for the logs cars, and to move the goods cars between the Crew barracks spur, and the two ship docks,

Ai behavior is unfixably bad on this layout, so a combination of manual and AI commands works best. :)
