RC DG:Uintah blend track yard outer fill spline, dirt with dark ballast, narrow no end cap

Dirt texture modified to be darker. Fill spline made of dirt.
For use under track (align the spline points with the spline points of the track).
This can also be used as a road if no track is used.
Fits narrow gauge track.
Revision 1: added more segments to the high lod for smoother bending.
