Spar Tree anchor stump Pulley block. Preset height to match RC SparTree-anchor stump. Connect RC Mooring Rope to loop end and to top of RC SparTree-Anchor. Connect second line to RC SparTree-anchor stump, through pulley block and again to RC SparTree-anchor stump
