In 1945 the Great Southern Railways became Coras Iompair Eireann. This engine oringinally a Waterford, Limerick and Western Railway was built by Kitson & Co as 3616 in Leeds in 1896 but ended its life with CIE working on the Cork, Bandon and South Coast Railway and also working on the Dublin and South Eastern Suburban Services. Withdrawn in 1957. A re-skin of Kirk Ronan's LMS Ex- LNWR Precursor Tank 4-4-2T
