CIE E1 No.279

Originally a 0-4-2 tender Engine built by the Avonside Engine Company in Bristol in 1876 but was then rebuilt as a 0-4-4T Tank Engine in 1899 at the Waterford, Limerick and Western Railway Works in Limerick. But the WL&WR was then taken over by the GS&WR in 1901 and became part of the GSR in 1924 and later CIE in 1945 where No.279 worked at Broadstone, Dublin. This Model was Created by Paul Hobbs, all rights deserved.
