Powder River Basin-98

Please read my thread under freeware announcments on the Trainz forum for Powder River Basin-Orin Subdivision to locate assets not on DLS.

Changes for this update included adding second UP track entering at Shawnee Jucntion, along with changes from West Campbell to East Gillette which is why the year was changed from 97 to 98.
Updated ATLS system for use with TRS 2019.
There is also Powder River Basin-98 Schedule Blank Session for use with this route.
UP coal trains normally enter the basin from the Lusk portals only, while BNSF trains enter the mines from either Donkey Creek or Orin Junctions.
BNSF mixed manifest trains travel from the Sheridan and Moorcroft portals, along with traffic between the Douglas and Wendover portals. UP(CNW) mixed traffic between Lusk and Douglas portals.
Coal trains traveling to Coal Creek and Rawhide portals should be empty and return loaded.
This route was created in TANE SP1.
