YARNish Crossing 1T L2 +Li -Si -Sh, 09sp4 (fixed)

This is a crude hack to bring this yarn asset up to build 3.5 and eliminate the '2dm hop' between splines and fixed assets and new bell sound is added because the orginal sound was faulty due to the sound failure.

It remains the sole property of madeline usher and is subject to her original license terms.

This is a single-track grade-level road/rail crossing with functioning lights and older wooden crossing boards. It's designed to be used with my unmarked road YARN L2 DL0 -Si -Sh (kuid2:124017:26010:1), but should work with other roads too.
