Oyster Bay Railroad - TRS22 Platinum Retail Edition v1.3

Welcome to the new Oyster Bay Railroad TRS22 version. This is a major update and restyling of the original TRS19 seaside industrial model railroad into a TRS22 Platinum Retail Edition compatible route. Many new features were added, including:

- Replaced walls and flooring. Added a rug.
- Added a seating area on one end.
- Swapped out many older models for newer ones
- Added art work to the walls
- Added more display models
- Added more detail items
- Replaced rocks that are no longer available in TRS22
- Reworked signals on center lift bridge. Now signals work for trains when a train or a boat approaches. Boats now have signals for when a train is crossing the bridge.

The layout is a merging of both the Loleta & Mad River and the Chesapeake Harbor Belt track plans by Iain Rice with some modifications to connect the two. It has both a small fishing port on the west end (Loleta & Mad River) and a shipping port on the east end (Chesapeake Harbor Belt). The route uses many assets from a variety of content creators, locomotives by Dave Snow, many boats created by user pat9149, many very detailed assets from MsgSapper (many thanks to them and all the other creative folks who contribute to our collective obsession known as trainz).

The route has just the default session. Feel free to create your own sessions for the route. The route may be modified / combined with other routes if desired. Original route created by whamm0.
