Muncy Valley GP38-2 - Phase I Blue

GP38-2 decorated for the fictonal Muncy Valley railroad. This is a reskin of a Dave Snow asset. It uses a phase I color scheme which features a lightning bolt stripe along the sides. This color scheme was the original scheme used by the MVRR. It was inspired by the Delaware and Hudson blue and gray lightning stripe scheme. This is the blue variation of this scheme (with a gray roof and blue lower portion).
