Prjindigo's SD38 undecorated

The SD38 is a recycling solution for older engines of lower horsepower, this type of reconstruction also works for GP39s. Basically just the GP38 under a longer hood with more engine weight and two more driving axles, giving a lower minimum speed and a higher adhesion ammount.
